Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no la corrigió en los términos indicados en el auto de inadmisión.
Al analizar las argumentaciones del recurso consideró la Corte que el demandante no tuvo en cuenta el procedimiento en dónde están inmersas las normas cuestionadas y sus particularidades, tal como se le requirió en la providencia inadmisoria, por lo que no se evidenció ningún yerro sobre este punto en el auto impugnado y, por ello el mismo se CONFIRMÓ en su integridad.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 1° de abril de 2022 proferido por la magistrada (e) Karena Caselles Hernández, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el ciudadano Santiago Cardozo Correcha en contra el numeral 1º (parcial) y el parágrafo 1º del artículo 571 de la Ley 1564 de 2012.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14705.
